I’ve worked with small businesses through freelance projects, translating real-world requirements into functional, responsive websites.

I’m currently expanding my skill set by learning the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js) with the goal of becoming a well-rounded full-stack engineer.

I’m actively seeking an apprenticeship or junior engineering role where I can continue learning, contribute to production-level systems, and grow alongside an experienced engineering team.

Here are some of my projects

  • New Beginnings Construction

    HTML, CSS, JAVSCRIPT, REACT

    New Beginnings Construction is one of my clients where I am continuosly making updates and monitoring to ensure its operating succesfully. I was able to create the whole code from scratch and enjoyed the process of meeting with the clients to bring their vision to life. I am hosting the website on Netlify and was able to set up their google business account to obtain reviews to post on their website.

  • JAZ Landscaping - React Project

    HTML, CSS, JAVSCRIPT, REACT, OWL-Carousel

    This project is one of my free-lancing clients actual page for their business. I created this using React and the Owl-Carousel npm library. I was able to experience the business side of working with a client and meeting with them to ensure that the website had all the details needed.

  • Spotlight - React Project

    HTML, CSS, JAVSCRIPT, REACT

    Created this project to practice retrieving API's and presenting the data dynamically. I was able to use the OMDB API and obtain the data using Axios. React was the main languange I used for this project.

  • ULTRAVERSE - INTERNSHIP PROJECT

    This is a project that I worked on in my internship at Frontend Simplified. I was tasked to retrieve data for each component and page and made sure everything was dynamic. I implemented skeleton loading states for every area to ensure a better customer experience. I integrated the owl carousel into this project and added animations.

  • Library Project

    HTML, CSS, JAVSCRIPT, REACT

    I initially created this project using vanillas javascript but then updated the code to React. I integrated a cart section to add books to the cart. I also used React Router Dom for the navigation of the pages. I was able to add skeleton loading states and added sort tabs for the books.
